These Terms govern your access and use of our Marketing CRM SaaS platform. By using our services, you agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, accessing, or using the CRM platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) entered by you (the “Client” or “User”) and Ideas2Goal Technologies Pvt Ltd, an Indian company headquartered in 6663/326 Akash Nagar, Manewada, Nagpur, India 440024. 

2. Description of Service

Our CRM platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that allows businesses to: 

• Manage marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and social media 

• Automate customer journeys 

• Monitor performance analytics 

• Manage user contacts and tasks from a centralized dashboard 

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. 

3. User Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate, complete registration details. 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. 

• Any actions taken from your account are your responsibility unless reported as unauthorized in writing. 

4. Payment & Subscription

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as per the plan selected. 

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. 

• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination. 

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content, contact data, campaign material, and uploaded media stored in your CRM workspace. We will not access, use, or share your data beyond the outlined Privacy Policy. 

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: 

• Send spam, unsolicited or unlawful communications 

• Use the platform for harassment, impersonation, or abuse 

• Upload malicious code, bots, or viruses 

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary systems 

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service. 

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the CRM software, including logos, codebase, workflows, and interface design, are owned by Ideas2Goal Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not resell, clone, or rebrand the platform without written permission. 

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime and system reliability. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control. We will notify you in advance wherever possible. 

9. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice. 

Upon termination: 

• You will lose access to the platform 

• Your data may be deleted after 30 days 

• You are responsible for downloading any necessary data before cancellation 

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: 

• Indirect or consequential damages 

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities 

• Interruptions due to third-party integrations 

Maximum liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 3 months. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
